Decent apartments for the price. Top floor units are harder to come by and there is generally a waiting list. They do have swimming pools open in the summer and a fitness center, but it too is only open during certain seasons. My favorite thing about living there was that you were very close to everything in North Jackson which made getting around a cinch! However, we were warned when we moved in that they are infamous for racking up charges and they ARE tricky! We ended up having to pay for an extra month because of misinformation regarding the 90 days notice prior to terminating a lease. It was DIRTY! Renter beware!!!
