I am a private pay patient (because Kaiser isn’t into allergy shots) and when I called for pricing information I was transferred to Dr. Del Paine’s billing person. It’s evident that she didn’t want a private pay patient and clearly communicated that with her negative attitude. In fact, she was rude. I believe she represents the physician’s viewpoint as the office does not offer a cash pay discount like most allergist do.
