Fjällräven Jackson Hole

I called and ordered a pack that was sold out everywhere else on the web. Called up and talked to Nick, and lemme tell you what Nick is the man. Had exactly what I needed and set it up for shipping the same day all the way down to Texas. If I ever come up to see Yellowstone I’m stopping at the Fjallraven in Jackson!

I have been blown away by the customer service at Fjällräven. I emailed about a product (camera insert) that appeared to be sold out on every website I could find, and yet within a day, I had been connected to Nick from the Jackson Hole store where they had at least one of them. He helped me with the order and when I explained what I was wanting, he let me know about a great promo they were running and then even called the SOHO store (they didn’t have the rain cover I needed) to ask them to honor a future purchase there as a part of my order from Jackson Hole. A joy to interact with, easy-​going, very quick to help, and really high calibre, the quality of the customer service matches the amazing quality of the Kånken and the Fjällräven brand. Thanks Nick!

Super rad store. Laid back staff, and any business that has a German Shepard as a shop dog is an instant 5 stars for me. Killer products and the dry bag I bought kept my camera safe on my motorcycle ride home back to utah in pouring rain.
