Not coming back here ever again and am now wishing I had known there was a Dicks just up the road. Their selection leaves a lot to be desired and their staff was less than helpful and actually seemed put out by being asked for help. To make things worse, when I went to make my purchase they rang it up without the sale price and when I told them their mistake they questioned me about it and had to go check to make sure I wasn’t lying to them. Bad service, questioning my integrity and not being organized? Well, never again.

Came in to buy a new trolling motor and me some new shoes and a few clothing pieces. Found some shoes I really liked and the sign said $ 39.99 I get to the register and they rang up $ 59.99. She calls the shoes set guy who says the sign was for the boys shoes next to the ones I picked up. So I went back to see what the sign said and he had moved the sign. I ask him where the sign went and he shrugged like he didn’t know and walked off. I go back to the register where Shane was and he came back with me, as we were approaching the guy walked into an office in the back. So we waited he came out finally without his vest to clock out and go home. I ask why he lied because he moved the sign and again he shrugged me off and kept walking. I ask for a manager he said he is in his office and walked off. I ask him again to get the manager and he kept walking. Luckily a lady employee came up and I ask her to get me the manager. He came out tried saying someone moves our signs all the time, I said I picked up these shoes to purchase because of the price they were marked and now your employee moved the sign and lied about it. He said I’m sorry, I said I want the shoes for the price they marked or you can put up the other $ 700 plus worth of merchandise we have up front. He said get your shoes and meet me up front. He was ticked off but I was too. If the boy hadn’t of moved the sign and lied and shrugged me off 3 times I would have just paid the difference. I did apologize and said of the boy hadn’t of lied and moved the sign I wouldn’t have been upset. He said have a blessed day. He was still ticked off when we left.
