I ordered flowers for my parents anniversary to be delivered on the day… I found out they were leaving on THAT day for a 2-​week vacation, I called Gordon Hill and the florist was kind enough to make the delivery within the hour to ensure the flowers arrived before they left. There is no better service than that!!! Thank you Gordon Hill Flower Shop!!! And I received a photo of the delivery from my parents — beautiful arrangement!

I’ve ordered from Gordon hill dozens of times for my wife, and always been pleased. Fresh flowers can be expensive but my wife always loves flowers, and comments how much she likes this florist.

My sister used this florist for her summer wedding and only 10% of the order was actually correct and acceptable. The people that own/​manage this business shouldn’t be in any sort of customer service industry. The owner is mean and bitter and accusatory. When the order showed up incorrect and sad looking on the day of the wedding, the people just dropped it off and left. Once we were able to get a hold of the owner, she yelled at and accused my sister of wanting a refund on the flowers and then hung up on her. It’s ridiculous that anyone would act that way. She obviously had to open up her own business because she probably got fired at every other job she has had for being nasty to people. I don’t know how Gordon Hill has remained in business with only 1 positive review and a ton of dissatisfied customers. Needless to say– in such a small town it won’t be hard for their bad reputation to spread. Too bad we didn’t know beforehand how awful their service would be. Save yourselves the headache and go anywhere else you can for flowers. I would go pick them in a field myself before I would ever use Gordon Hill or recommend them to anyone I know.

Ordered two bouquets from here, cost around $ 100 per bouquet… and was completely disappointed. Even a little embarrassed because the arrangements look cheap even though they weren’t at all. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered flowers for my bride’s and my anniversary to be delivered to the Sutter Creek Inn. Flowers were gorgeous (see photo) and were delivered right on time. Would/​will definitely use again!

I LOVE GORDON HILL FLOWER SHOP! They are friendly, capable and helpful. They don’t make me feel bad when I walk in with a restricted budget and ask them what is the best they can do for that money. I have personally ordered everything from wedding flowers (for my friend’s wedding) to Mother’s Day bouquets that are always delivered fresh and beautiful (with a candy always taped to the card, no less). Gordon Hill has been my ENTIRE family’s go to florist for near a decade now and we have no desire to leave any time soon.

update. The complaints just keep coming. The worst was a friend who ordered her wedding flowers from them only to be told the day of her wedding that the daisies she ordered were not in season! she went to safeway and found them «in season» there. It has been 8 days and I still have not received the refund I was promised. Talk about poor business practices.
