This place is such a total disappointment. totally driven to rush the viewing and event to capitalize the most out of you, the bereaving family. The fees are well above average and sadly, they will haunt you for the money from the day and moment you go into the office, and sign, hindering the entire grieving family to no end, so if you have 10000 – 13000 laying around which they charge, bring it with you to end there constant taunting and badgering for the full amount, disgrace !. The summertime viewings are in a sweltering hot room. The owner has the thermostat up to high to cut cost. Dont wear a suit because in the afternoon you will be sweating and no one will properly address that. FRUGAL is an understatement. Obviously an amateur does the makeup since the deceased looked very disappointing, OMG, OMG,. After reviewing the makeup, which was poorly put on as well as the wrong color hair crème, it appears it was done at a senior center training class. He charges for a person to point the way to the viewing room or the bathroom at the entrance that will cost YOU $ 175 per day, even though a sign is present to tell you which of the two rooms they have there to view the deceased. The coffin purchased was more then 3x’s the cost and sold to you for a outrageous exhorbatant fee, Ours had a three inch scratch after close review and the owner would not remove five dollars from the price. If you purchase from the internet, which you are allowed to do, it would be delivered the next day for 1⁄3 the price this ripoff place charges. The ride to church and the cemetery was a brake and jerk ride all the way there and back even though I told the limo driver we are not in a hurry he continued to brake and jerk all the way back. Seriously, if I knew or read reviews like this before we brought our loved one there, I would never, never of brought our loved one there, Amen…

I was just here for a funeral. The place is nice, and the people working there are kind and considerate. I can’t say the same to the owner. The man who introduced himself as the owner, George Hassler, was snapping at two young children quietly playing in the lobby. When I told him he came of as aggressive he informed me that he could do whatever he wanted because he was the owner. He was rude, unnecessarily mean, and added extra stress to an already tragic experience. Two well behaved children who were grieving should not be subjected to the insensitive words of a cold hearted man. I recommend going somewhere else for your loved ones, where the owner won’t disrespect you or your guests. A total disgrace.
