My washing machine decided to flood the laundry room this morning. After I cleaned up the mess, I called them to diagnose and fix the problem. I called at 8:30am on a Saturday morning, and luckily they had a technician available. He arrived within a half hour. Took him 15 minutes to get into the machine and diagnose the problem as a cracked hose.
He gave me a quote for fixing it, and I approved.
Work was done within ½ hour of his arrival, and that included testing the washer through a rinse cycle.
All fixed, less than 2 hours from my initial call. I could not be happier!
I very rarely rate someone ‘A’ across the board, but in this case I really have nothing to ding them about!
