A gem. Wonderful New Hampshire village library. Restored 1858 red barn. Great windows with much natural light. Lots of nooks and crannies for getting lost in a book or activity. Kids corner with craft table and lots of good stuff.

What a lovely, cosy library that embodies the flavour of the village of Jackson! The town outgrew its adorable one-room little red library and this beautiful barn-like space is its new home. It’s spacious, airy and light. There’s a good selection of books but also a puzzle table, games, kids area, a scavenger hunt for kids, and free wifi with no login needed. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. This couldn’t be a better community library.
