Great food, great service and super clean! I was in town and starving one day when I found Jason’s Deli and I love this place so I had to take advantage! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and got the chicken tortilla soup and a salad and went to sit down. The salad bar was fully stocked and fresh so I had plenty to choose from and it was all delicious. My soup was super hot and well seasoned as always. I then found out that you get a free ice cream cone so I took advantage of that and it was delicious!

Jason’s Deli is pretty hit and miss for me. Once I ordered the chicken alfredo which tasted like something from a hospital cafeteria, but another times I’ve tried a few sandwiches which were pretty good. Today I had the black bean taco salad, but they doused it in so much cayenne pepper that I could barely eat it. The free ice cream helped with the heat though! The interior is pretty nice and clean most of the time. The service is always great which is why I’m giving Jason’s Deli a solid three stars.

I really like the turkey wrap and fruit for a healthy option. Free soft serve is a bonus.

Great place for a quick meal! I actually ate here solo as were many others around 11:40am on a weekday. It was pretty busy by the time I left – always a good sign in my opinion. I had been here once before many many years ago and remembered their concept sorta – you place your order at one end and pay at another. You get your salad bowl after you pay if you ordered one. I got the half chicken salad wrap(I think it’s called Savvy Chicken Wrap) and a side salad, water to drink. Total came to $ 8.71. Oh my gosh y’all, the salad bar could be a meal in itself. See next paragraph. The salad bar has your usual toppings but also a few pasta salads, three different types of leafy green options, plenty of bread topping options, and thank heavens for their low cal dressing options(I’ve had a tough time finding light salad dressings in a variety of restaurants lately. I find that rather odd.). So, naturally, I ate my salad first and you guessed it, I was pretty full by the time I finished. As for the chicken salad wrap, it was just okay. I won’t fault Jason’s Deli for it – although I believe the chicken salad had pineapples in it which was a bit off setting for my palate(love pineapple, just maybe not in a wrap). I can’t recall of the menu makes mention of the pineapple ingredient – I suppose it would to warn customers with allergies but I don’t think I would’ve gotten it if I had read it had pineapple. Oh well, I know for next time. The chips served with the sandwiches aren’t anything special, baked Lays I believe. Check out Jason’s next time you’re in the mood for something filling but light!

Tonight our whole office put in a delivery order. I personally ordered for myself &2 family members. I ordered the California Club, Broccoli Cheese Soup * a Fresh Fruit Cup. Everything tasted absolutely amazing. Full of fresh, healthy ingredients just as I had expected. My brother ordered The New York Yankee, which was massive, piled high with meat. My mom got the Quarter Muffaletta with French Onion Soup. None of us were a single bit disappointed, which we never are with Jason’s. Everything was perfect. We all have full, happy stomachs & we thank you! I even got brave & tasted the Muffaletta for the first time. It was quite savory & dry, not at all what I expected since I have always been quite phobic of olives, lol! Of course we will be returning customers. :D

This is one of my favorite places to go! I fell in love with a sandwhich called the Club Royal and the Cheddar Broccolli Soup is to die for. The service is good and bad, some of the waitresses are attentive and others are just a hawt mess loud and putting their own business out on the street like they do, not careing who is around or who hears them. Still I keep coming back cause I enjoy the food.

Being in Jackson, its hard to find a real corn beef and pastrami sandwich, especially after growing up on Katz’s deli in NYC and Mr. Beef in chicago. Jason’s has been a pleasent surprise. They make good corned beef and pastrimi, they do a solid job on a muffaleta. Dont be afraid to ask them for extra meat and your sandwich, it costa a lil extra, but it is oh so worth it!
