Very poor service and cold food. Placed an order for delivery on a Wednesday at 4:46pm, pizza FINALLY arrived at 6:22pm. Our apartment is 0.5 miles from the restaurant. I was put on hold and disconnected by the person answering the phone twice. When the pizza and wings we ordered arrived they were cold even though drived assured the«should» be warm and the wings were BURNED. If I wanted a pizza and wings I had to heat, I would have gone to Kroger and paid less for the same quality food. Very poor experience, do not recommend.

Let me star off by saying, I’m not one to write many reviews on anything. However, my experience here was worthy of making note. I ordered there the 1st week they were open, and my payment was butchered badly. When I brought this to their attn, no one there knew how to perform a refund. OK. They said they will make special note of it on my receipt and make sure I have an $ 8 credit on my next order. Cool. So I decide to cash in that credit tonight, the guys name was J!*. Well, he proceded to mock me and ask why I am just now«cashing in» a credit given to me 3 months ago. OK. Well, sir, I just now have decided to re-try your est. among the 50 other pizza joints in Jackson. To my shock, he stated, «There is no way that happened». UMMMM… Ok, keep cool… it’s just pizza… sigh. After giving my side once again, he used the«L’r» word. Ok. I’m done. I can get the same thing at Little Ceasars for ½ price w no hastles. Thanks JET’s, I’ll never be back. Your pizza is overpriced for this market anyways. I’ll be shocked if you last 1 – 2 years. 2 stars is for the pizza, which was ok. I mean, I did try to call back, eh? Call Snappy Tomato, I think you’ll be much happier w the service/quality/price.
