Wow. I have never had to wait so long for food. We walk into a pretty empty establishment at 4:30, order which takes about 5 minutes because the computers they are working on seen to be moving very slow. But the staff isn’t moving much faster. We then have to 40 minutes just to get our 16 piece meal. First they didn’t have enough chicken, then they didn’t have enough biscuits. It’s can’t get much worse. At least the place looked clean and the staff was kind of friendly.

This has to be the worst kfc/taco bell on the planet. Like the previous review says, the wait time is unexplainable, and ALWAYS check your order. Today was too much for me and I decided to give them a call, the manager seemed to care as little as everyone else there did. She even was so kind as to tell me to hold on during my phone call to cut up with an employee and laugh and chuckle while I was on hold at home with my incorrect order. Thanks, I appreciate it, and so does my husband who didn’t get half his order, glad to know I have my name in the“book” so that next time you can spit in my incorrect order.

We stopped at this place because we are in town for a few days and it was awful. Honestly, I can handle a place’s bad food if the service is great. The girl who took my order was very polite and tried to get my order correct. She put it in the computer wrong inadvertently. When I came to get my order fixed, the manager on duty(Reva) was at the front and ripped the poor girl a new one in front of all the customers and employees. I could not believe just how ridiculous that lady was! To top it off, the order still was still not correct. And the chicken for both the tacos and from my husband’s KFC meal was so dry you couldn’t even eat it!!! Bless those employees there for having to deal with such piss poor leadership.

Every time I come to this combo KFC/Taco Bell, I usually have to sit in the drive-thru line for anywhere from 10 – 20 minutes(this is not an exaggeration). There is never any visible valid reason for the delay and you very rarely, if ever, receive an apology. I’ve seen employees reporting for work looking like they just rolled out of bed after sleeping in the previous days uniform. There have been many a time I have driven off without making a purchase. A good portion of the time, you cannot understand what the person working the drive-thru is saying, either through the speaker or in person. Honestly, if I didn’t have to travel another 15 – 20 miles to get either KFC or TB, I would never come here again. Unfortunately, in small towns your choices are limited. Maybe the owners and employees feel they don’t have to try as hard. This review is based on many experiences at this location at different times of the day, evening, night and late night over several years. I guess today was just the 15 minute wait that was 15 too long.
