Small sushi restaurant nestled in the mountains & off from the strip. The food was fantastic. The service was on point. I would fly from Miami to eat here. Leigh is AMAZING! She guided us through the menu. It’s a must!

Amazing sushi! We were in Jackson for 5 nights and came here twice. The staff is awesome. Beyond friendly. The place is small, so I suggest putting your name down and then walking around Jackson. They only take reservations for 6 or more. The peppers are great and the Sake Box is incredible. Roll wise we basically tried them all and they are all awesome. The Jackson was my favorite with the crouching tiger close behind! Great mixed drinks and the hot sake is awesome! Would totally recommend this place!

Our new favorite sushi restaurant in Jackson. Everything was fresh and delicious, from the edemame to the fire dragon roll(special). The atmosphere is friendly and light, and the waitstaff and chefs are very knowledgeable and accommodating in regards to food allergies.

This is the best sushi I’ve ever had, the miso was to die for, and the hoff roll was the best Unagi I’ve ever had. I would literally eat this sushi out of someone’s asshole if given the chance. I. Am. In. Love. With. This. Food.

King sushi is a wonderful restaurant. The chef/owner puts all his heart into the food. Pride and passion is evident here. From the ambiance and the setting to menu and the specials. It’s all cool. The meal at King The sea urchin shot was tasty! Their noodle bowl was worth the trip, packed with a lot flavor, a lot of pork and tasty dashi, I will highly recommend it. Every thing we ate was excellent, I can’t wait to go back. I had a wonderful meal with close friends and we ate a lot of food. Could have kept eating all night. One of the best sushi meals I have ever had.

The tempura veggies were good, but the sushi rolls were rather bland. The miso soup was sub-par at best. It was not an ideal sushi experience in Jackson.

The rolls here are creative and well plated, but the venue is to small. Too expensive for what you get, but the food is still good.

Excellent service and food. I worked at a sushi restaurant for a few years and the restaurant I worked for(and really all other sushi restaurants I’ve been to) did not serve in the style that King serves: they bring out the rolls as they are made. Genius! Why don’t more sushi restaurants do this? The wait is so much less and the tables aren’t dirtied or crowded with so many plates. I wish more did this! Our server was excellent. We ordered 7 rolls and all were awesome. I loved the atmosphere at night when I dined there, especially sitting at the table with the curved wall that made the space I was dining feel more intimate and defined.

The tuna chips are a must try. Best thing we had on the menu. The crew seemed a little overwhelmed by the number of guests but the suhi was great. We had the ham in ham(hamachi) and the hunter roll as well. Servings are a little light but overall the experience was good. We treated our meal as appetizers and went somewhere else for dinner.

Food — 5 Service — 5 Value — 4 This was the perfect way to end a rather chilly and wet day in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park. We sat out on the porch where it was nice, quiet and cool and then ordered the Pork Ramen and the Beef Udon(both were soup noodles). The pork ramen was good, even if the broth was a tad on the sweet side of things. The egg was soft-boiled just right and the pork was tender. The beef udon was even better — made with wagyu beef, bok choy, shitake mushrooms and a beef broth that was just right — not too salty or heavy. We thought about ordering some sashimi or rolls, but are glad we didn’t since the noodles and soup filled us up. The waitress told us that we ordered two of the best things on the menu.

I just wanted a good food. I was planning to write an essay but decided not too. I will just say I did not get good food here with not so nice service and not so nice price, I say find a better sushi restaurant. I went here because of 4 – 5 star reviews but I don’t believe these reviews are true because this was the worst sushi restaurant I ever went to in my life and I eat sushi once a week.

As a resident of the SF Bay Area, I’m going to rate this on a scale comparable to restraunts in my area. Price — 2⁄5 Ramen here is $ 16/bowl, and while the soup was nice and rich, it definitely had a «soup packet» feel to it, which is understandable given this isn’t a dedicated ramen store. California roll is $ 10/roll, and the sizes are pretty small, however I think they do use actual crab(cannot confirm) vs. imitation crab. Taste — 3.5÷5. The sushi wasn’t anything special, but definitely not bad. Refer to small portion sizes. The ramen lost a lot of points as it was presented to us and BOTH bowls(for family of 4) still had sections and chunks of noodles that haven’t seperated and were undercooked. Not a bad restraunt if you’re tired of having Bison all all the time, but compared to my Bay Area pallet, I would not come again.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted. The inside is small but they have an outside patio area. I don’t think this is a place for kids. Very intimate, quiet place, nice ambiance. A good place to go for date night. They have a bar area that you can sit at, or table seating. I ordered a maki spider roll, and maki unagi roll. This order was to go, they weren’t super fast so if you are in a rush you might want to see if they allow you to call ahead and place an order. The waiters were very attentive even though it was a carry out order. If you like sushi this is a decent place.

The taste of King Sushi is unique. Although the taste of Sushi is not traditional, they are very creative. Tempura is not as good as it should be. Noodles are delicious~

Best sushi in Jackson — awesome miso soup(not too salty), excellent quality of fish… sometimes they’ll have toro and if they do — order it! It’s a small place but definitely worth the wait. or get there early for the killer happy hour specials. Service is super friendly and attentive, Jason is doing an excellent job with this place. Highly recommend stopping by and checking King Sushi out.

Outdated fish and worst customer service I ever had in jackson! I was sold by the other reviews but I think they were paid by owner. Worst experience ever!

When I first walked in this bubbly girl welcomed us in. I had a sking accident so my leg was in a brace. And the owner quickly offered me something to prop it up, and kept checking up on me. So immediate 10 points for kindness. Now let’s get to the food. We ordered the gyoza dumplings which were delicious. I highly recommend the pickles and the albacore which was like butter and melted in my mouth. The Fried Rice with tuna was really good and just pops in your mouth. I wasn’t crazy about the rock shrimp but everything else was amazing. The miso was perfect with extra seaweed which I love. The owner is a young woman who runs a tight ship and I promise that if you go it’ll be a special meal you’ll remember.

Best sushi in Jackson. It’s it a little log cabin by the square. I had the miso soup and the guuch roll. The soup was awesome and the roll was really good and the green chili sauce added a nice pop. The place was packed, the staff was awesome and the beer was cold. Overall another great experience in jhole

Awesome new spot in Jackson, a must try. Creative rolls but also have great ramen/noodle bowls if raw fish isn’t your thing. I’ll be back every time I come to jackson! The fish is ridiculously fresh too because it’s actually flown in daily! Best sushi in town.
