Very thrilled with the company and the sales staff. The service department could use some help. I purchased a pontoon from them through Aaron last year at the Detroit boat show. Any time I called Aaron with issues or concerns he took care of it immediately. The service department though is a joke. They will NOT return your calls if you leave them a message. If they say that they will look into something and get back to you, same thing…, NO call back. Again, new boat purchase experience was stellar, service department though…, not so good.

Not very happy. We bought a boat they told us they would power wash it, didn’t happen and was almost empty on gas. The navigation lights weren’t working, which they assured us they would fix and check. For the price we paid I expected a little more tlc on the boat before they delivered. I will be busy pressure washing what they said they would do. Also the customer service is sub par. I don’t recommend buying a boat here unless you want empty promises after you pay them
