I don’t know what the fuss is all about, but I had to give it another try… bad idea, I’ll go to a real burger joint next time I’m craving a burger. I’m not against sliders, gut grenades or belly busters; but these just have the texture and taste of middle school cafeteria soy burger with crappy onions. blah!

Went here for nostalgia sake as i used to get taken there as a child many years ago. Dining room was clean and large. Burgers taste as i remember them with the trademark steamed onion taste

Stopped here on way to North Carolina, ordered the 6 pack burger special. For some reason it was not as good as it normally is. They must have had a bad day.
The one in Killeen closed so I can’t get them in Texas anymore.
Would I go back? Somewhere sometime on my next trip.

Krystal holds a special place in my heart (not the blocked arteries kind either). Maybe it was my first (and only for the next 10 years) visit as a young’en traveling through Memphis or it could be the late night runs we made here in college. Either way, I somehow find myself here a couple of times a year. I have yet to have a bad «burger,» but I have had some terrible fries. Like most fast food places, if their fries are done right, they are delicious, but if they are off just a bit, they can become terrible. I went here once about 5 years ago and the fries were so bad, it was over a year before I could go back. Every time I looked at it, I just got a little sick thinking about those fries. Lately, especially at this location, they have been doing a decent job with everything. The few times I have gone, everyone I have dealt with in the drive through and on the inside has been super nice. I can only give it three stars because, well, it is fast food. There is only so good fast food can be!
