We enjoy Panera when we want something quick and somewhat healthy. The reason for only 3 stars is because this location often runs out of things. The cashiers often have frowns and barely greet you at all. Sometimes they continue their private conversation with coworkers and aren’t very attentive. I’ve had to repeat orders because they weren’t paying attention on more than one occasion. The tables aren’t bussed and wiped clean quickly sometimes. Many times we’ve arrived and seen dishes on tables or crumbs and wet spots. I once even had to wipe one myself with napkins in order to sit down. Food is good though and usually ready rather quickly.

I went to purchase bagels at 8:00am, the store had 5 left!!! They had sold over 7 dozen to a fitness center. Orders that large should be pre-​ordered so the regular customers could have a chance to buy a bagel. The manager should take better control. This was not the first time that stock of their products was very low befor 10:00am. Einstein Bagel please come to Jackson Michigan!!!

Poor customer service unless you use the rapid pick up. Always a long line and no urgency. Stop at Webb Rd or battle creek if you are driving on 94

Honestly wasn’t too impressed with this restaurant if you call it that. I ordered the Mac & Cheese for I have heard that it was the best thing they have. Learning from my experience with it that I should not listen to while women, ever. I also got this Italian sandwich that was not too bad other than the single banana pepper and dry roast beef. The reason that Panera is getting a 3 star is for the extravagant décor. This place was quite decorated and I found that nice, even including a nice center fireplace. Not sure I would go here again. Just had a gift card to use. Don’t listen to white girls.

My friends and I came here several times. It’s exactly what you would expect of Panera: delicious food, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. The place is not very busy, so I don’t think anyone would bother you if you sat down for a few hours to get some work done.
You can even pay for your meal with Apple Pay or Google Wallet! In the middle of nowhere, Michigan — amazing!

–My Opinion, Panera is over priced.
+Few places have such a large selection in baked goods in this town. +Sandwiches are decent.
+Mac and Cheese has a white sauce and its actually very good here.
+Anything Bagels are worth every penny when they’re fresh.
When you order your artisan loaves of bread. Do not get the smaller loaves, they tend to toughen up faster than you think but, could just be my luck.

Tried one of the new broth bowls and did not like it! Quinoa and lentil, ½ sandwich, smoothie and a cheese Danish for later cost me just under 18.00. A tad pricey and honestly not worth it. Place is busy and very noisy. Staff seems helpful and polite. Restaurant is clean

The French Onion soup was fantastic! I went with a group of friends there on a Sunday afternoon and they got our food to us before we even sat down at our table. Everyone was satisfied with the quality and the quantity. Great place to get what you expect!

As far as Paneras go: clean, large seating area with fireplace. Very friendly staff, willing to help you navigate the menu and laugh at bad jokes. They will toast, panini press or change the bread a request.
The bring the food to your table and clear it away! Strange eh? No tip required.
The bathrooms are clean and well stocked.
The lattes are well made, with good foam and the pumpkin one tastes wonderful with more of a roasted pumpkin flavor than Starbucks.
No worries if you hunker down and study for hours here. No one bothers you.

This star is referring only to the UNACCEPTABLE customer service that I received. Do NOT order from the cashier named Abigail. She is an inhospitable bitch with a terrible attitude. The store was only semi-​busy and she could not even manage the customers in line. Incompetent and rude.

I love the Spinach Power salad. This was a great Panera, and they were quick and very helpful. 50 Shades of Green. 4 Stars
