Pinnacle Chem-Dry

I hired Pinnacle ChemDry to clean the carpets in a house I had just purchased which had been sitting vacant for the past 4 years. Sean and Andrea were professional in their appearance and communication. I was impressed that they took the time to call me to let me know they were running late due to circumstances beyond their control. The carpets looked great when they were done and they were dry within a couple of hours after they were cleaned. I will hire Pinnacle ChemDry for all future carpet and furniture cleaning needs.

Before I knew about PInnacle, I had another Jackson based company from Chem-​Dry clean my carpet. I was told beforehand that the carpet would be dry in just a few hours after being cleaned. They asked me if I wanted a «stain protector» for the carpet (It was offered free), but I declined. After the two very young men were finished with the cleaning, we left to go shopping for three or four hours. When we came home I tested the carpet to make sure it was dry; I was absolutely shocked to feel the carpet: it was very wet, not damp, and it had a sticky feel to it. I called the company and was told to wait until morning to check it again.
In the morning, I tried to vacuum the carpet (as I was told to), but it was impossible: the carpet was so sticky the vacuum wouldn’t budge! It was still wet in many areas after more than 24 hours. In short, I had to argue extensively with this company to refund my money, as they offered to re-​clean the carpet, which was just not an option when I thought it was already completely ruined by their unprofessional «work.»
A day or two later, I called Pinnacle Chem-​Dry, in hopes that they could remove the stickiness from the carpet. This family owned business, run by a husband and wife team, was completely the opposite from the other company. They saved my carpet. The couple were a delight to have working in our home, very friendly, professional, honest and caring. They had to clean the carpet twice to remove the stickiness, and when I asked what the other company could have done to make my carpet so wet and sticky, they had no idea. Pinnacle arrived in a professional van with their name and logo on it, as opposed to the first company which did not have the same equipment, so maybe that had something to do with the problems they caused.
I have recommended Pinnacle to friends who were also very pleased. I wish I would have known there was such a huge difference in WHICH Chem Dry company you choose to have do your carpet cleaning. I learned the hard way, and hope you avoid what I had to go through and choose Pinnacle first.
