Best butcher in Jackson county! I like to shop at Prime Cuts for the great choice of meats, and the customer service is also excellent. Wish all businesses were run the same way. Highly recommended.

Pretty convenient spot to get meats. They offer a wide selection of products, including locally procured items. They even have Zingerman’s gelato!
I like to pick up their individually packed (cyro-​vac) marinated chicken breasts from time to time. They are flavorful and are a quick fix for when you forget to marinate your own at home.
They offer a punch-​card rewards system as well. Only downside, they aren’t open on Sundays (although A&A II isn’t open on Sundays either). Stock up before the weekend!
