Been ordering online for over a year now. Their liquid selections are top notch. Recently they got my order wrong, e-mailed the owner, and he sent me 2 bottles of liquid for my hassle. Great guy, great company, great juice! Thanks Mike

They have good liquid but that comes with a catch. terrible customer service. Not friendly they just wanna get you in and get you out no chatting or hanging out. The only reason they get 2 stars is they have good liquid.

I purchased some e-juice from roar vapor. They have a great selection of juices in so many flavors though I wish that some of the details provided on the juices were more descriptive. Some merely describe that they are«blends of tropical flavors» for example and I would really like to know all the individual flavors added especially since I cannot try it in advanced. They do offer a great deal when you purchase a bundle of samplers; 4×11ml juices for $ 20 however all of the juices must be the same mg and some of their flavors are not available. I really wanted to try the Roar Vanilla but it was not available from the drop down selection when placing my order. I made a note about this in the comments field but no one responded to my inquiry. My order was prepared for shipment approximately two days after I placed it and then took another 4 – 5 days to arrive which is understandable because it was coming all the way from Tennessee and was being shipped first class which is slower but more cost efficient. Eventhough I ordered 4 juices the price was still only $ 3.25 to ship them all. Once my juices arrived I was happy with the flavors I chose overall but there was one minor issue. One of the juices I received was 18mg and not 12mg which is personally much too strong for me and this shouldn’t have been the case because all the mg in the sampler were supposed to be the same mg. I sent an email to them but they have not replied to me yet. Hopefully I will be able to post a follow up to this review about how they handled the situation and the quality of their customer service when there is an issue to be addressed. I am holding one additional star hostage in the meantime. Let’s see what happens. UPDATE: Customer service is pretty much non-existant. I’ve been trying to reach them to no avail. I am now stuck with a juice that I can’t use because the nicotine is much too strong. No response to any of my emails. I even replied back to the owner Michael to one of his promotional emails from an alternate email address and it’s been nearly two weeks and I haven’t heard a thing.
