People are Nice If a product has been moved or not re stocked they go out of the way to help you find it or let you know when it will be in ! The self checkouts are nice and the people that work there are exceptionally friendly ! Love this sams club !!

First let me say I’m a loyal Sam’s Club shopper. I shop there at least once a week. So my husband wanted to purchase a watch for his mother for Christmas. So we stood in line at the jewelry counter for over an hour waiting to be helped. After about 35 minutes I went & found a manager & informed her there was a pretty long line at the jewelry department & we’d been waiting awhile & asked if they could send help over there(this was not the lady working at the jewelry dept fault she was doing the best she could & she even called for help once). She very rudely told me «No there won’t be anyone here to help there for 15 minutes» okay well you are a manager & you’re just standing here, aren’t managers trained to work throughout the whole store, why can’t you go help?” Her reply very rudely like I was disturbing her was«fine I’ll be over there in a minute» well we waited about 30 more minutes at the jewelry counter & she never came nor did the person she said would be there in 15 minutes. We finally get our turn purchase the watch $ 499WITH an extra service plan for $ 29.98 so if anything goes wrong they will repair it. Well we gave the gift to mother n law & it wouldn’t work. So she took it back & asked them to look at it & see if they could fix it for her. They told her NO! We don’t know anything about it, you can return it but that’s your only option we can’t help you! Are you kidding me?! Wtf? They would not even look to see if it was just the battery which the service plan also included! But nope no help. She took the watch to Little’s jewelry in Jackson & they replaced the battery that was dead & the watch works fine! Thank you Little’s! I will drive to Memphis from now on & go to Costco! I realize it’s Christmas time & it’s busy but this was just too much. From the rude manager to them telling her they couldn’t help her even though she had a service plan & it was a simple battery change! Ridiculous!
