Music is so terrible that it drove me out of the store. It’s controlled by Corporate so they can’t do anything about it. They had some nice merchandise and nice sales but the music will keep me away.

I purchased double wall ovens from Sears after waiting 2 weeks to get it, the installer/​deliveryman says if won’t fit, so I tell him to send it back. That was on 3÷27÷15, here we are 3÷30÷15 and he hasn’t returned it to the store. I tried to order one that fits. They tell me unless he returns it, I can’t. So, I’m at the mercy of the deliveryman. I will probably end up buying it elsewhere, but ever since Sears contracted/​outsourced their delivery/​repair/​installers they are a pain in the butt. I suggest everyone avoid purchasing from Sears.
