This is by far the cleanest fitness facility in the Cape/​Jackson area.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they don’t shove products down your throat.
They make fresh-​fruit smoothies and shakes right in the gym and are priced about half of the other guys.
The tanning salon is top-​notch with brand new beds plus their packages are the cheapest around.
They offer options for people who want to workout whenever or just during the day, plus only $ 20 a month for the older generation!
