Spelbound Day Spa

My husband bought a groupon offer for mani/​pedi service for this spa. I called to book appt and was told 10am Saturday. I get to the spa a few minutes before 10 to be told that my appt was actual at 10:30 am, however she is running late and to come back at 11am. So I arrived yet again at 11am, to be told that she was still working on the previous client from earlier that morning… so I sat with my feet soaking in the back room for about 45 mins. While she was still working on the other client… I finally got up and left. I’ve never had that type of experience before, I know things «happen» out of ones control, so my suggestion would be to call the spa before leaving your house to confirm your appt, so you won’t have to experience this as well.
