Staples

This Staples is the worse, the whole business community knows this .They treat their employees very, very bad. But unless you buy from Amazon or go to Best Buy in Folsom they are the only game in town. There management team both at the store G.M.level and the district and regional levels are pathetic. I have been a 10 year customer of them.

Went looking for an external hard-​drive to add to the DVR. I picked out a Seagate and the Staples rep assured me it would work on our DISH DVR. Turns out the DVR needs a power supply in addition to the USB and the Seagate did not… what does this rep know! Back to Staples. Replace it with a Western Digital brand and the store manager assured me it will work with our DVR. Guess what? The USB cord I had will not fit the new unit and no USB cord was included in the package. Now it’s back to Staples for the cord and they are out of stock. I find the cord at Best Buy and it turns out the hard-​drive is only for computers! Calling Western Digital confirms this unit would never work on a DVR. The point is, if it’s not paper or pens, don’t trust Staples in Jackson for any tech knowledge. Nice people but they are fooling themselves if they think they know their products.

If your looking for customer service, shop elsewhere.

So many items stocked that are hard to get locally. Staff are hit or miss, but if you know what you want and are willing to be patient with when needing help, staples is the best choice for office suppmiew. If only because it is the only one.

Hit or Miss. I have been going there alot since I started homeschooling my youngest. Prices and sales are good. .I have had some AWESOME STAFF. but, I bought a stapler there and first one didn’t work and second one also. When i called I told the girl what happened and she says… I don’t know… then I asked what the main number is for Staples and she followed with… I don’t know. SO I said… You work for staples and can not get me the number? …replied​.no im sorry I don’t know it.

As good as it gets since it’s the only one we’ve got. I truly don’t know what Jack is on about. They’ve always been nice to me at this place and always have what I’m looking for in the way of office supplies, and then some. We had a couple of small shops of this type and I remember how limited and therefore limiting they were, back when I had two businesses to run and nowhere to buy supplies locally. It’s a Staples, and we need it. It’s the only game in town, in the county in fact,

Every time I go in to this place, whether I’m looking for office supplies, printing, or shipping, I have to ask myself about the staff. I don’t know what type of manager can hire such incompetent people. They are extremely unhelpful, they are unknowledgeable, and they can’t even tuck their shirts in. I need to find another place to shop.
