Super 8 Jackson / North

This hotel is disgusting. It smells of marijuana and decomposing rodents. The toilet in the room did not work. There was a broken chest of drawers in the room with clothes in it. The comforters were dirty. Shady people were walking the halls all night. We stayed for 4 hours and I never slept. The desk clerk couldn’t give me a receipt with the amount my card was charged. My mistake I should have used cash. He said it was because I booked on line what a lie. The tub was dirty. There was no way we would have considered eating the free breakfast unless we wanted to share with the rodents. Nasty is my rating for this hotel. Nasty!

there are few times I’ve ever felt scared for my own life, let alone in a motel i paid 65 dollars for. there was a hole in the wall and the window like someone had got body slammed through it, but luckily there was 2 dirty free standing microwaves balancing on each other above a mini fridge. the blow dryer is covered in sticky hair and the blankets are all dirty. I guess at least the beds are actual beds because it’s raining outside. and besides rain there have been gangsters knocking on our door. oh well, we will just have to sneak out in the morning. toodles!

Security was absent which allowed questionable activities in/​outside. People hung around the entrance at all hours. No refunds probably due to poor conditions The maintenance and overall cleanliness was poor. (Ex. Rodent droppings suspended in the frosted glass between the overhead lights and the passengers in the only elevator). Original room was on the second floor. Needed to change because of the smell of marijuana. Ketchup stains were left from the previous guests. Comforters on both beds were soiled with something mysterious. Air conditioner had a strong smell of mildew. Steer clear.
