This place is right down the road from my house. It has recently burned to the ground!

Food is great, and although a bizarre experience eating Indian food in the mini mart of a gas station, we will never forget this meal. Good chicken tikka masala, mixed vegetables and by far the best paratha we have ever tasted. Staff was friendly & inviting.

Average food way overpriced in a complete dump of a location. It’s buffet quality food at gourmet prices.

Not a huge fan of Indian food but its close to my house so thought I would give it a try. Odd set up, menu & placing order, but who cares! It’s honestly some good stuff !!! Will definitely be back again and again. Only take out so far but looking forward to dine in next time

If you’re jonesing for curry-anything and a seedy atmosphere, this is the place to eat between Memphis and Nashville. The staff is very friendly, and the eating area is modest but inviting. Complimentary water is provided at the table and there’s a wonderfully spicy and savory pickle mix to accompany your meal served on styrofoam. Worldly music piping in and foreign conversations amongst its patrons gives this place a palate-cleansing atmosphere. You can eat, gas up the rig, buy cat litter, and peruse their selection of Indian sundries(such as natural Neem oil toothpaste!), all in one stop. I ordered the Aloo Gobi, with butter bread, and a mango lassi. What a treat, all in the middle of nowhere.

My husband doesn’t usually care for Indian food but he likes this place. Great chicken Tikka Masala! Well worth stopping by. We are truck drivers and are always on the lookout for something different. These guys have a nice little selection if Indian soaps and snacks as well. I’ll give them five stars because they are such a nice surprise for a truckstop.

Fresh, delicious chicken vindaloo in a BP gas station right off I-40 in western Tennessee, and open 24 hours? If i told you that’s my delicious Indian dinner, you’d say i was crazy. Well, «cookoo, cookoo!» It was from there and it was taste bud pleasing ridiculousness. If you are ever near Jackson, TN, then hit this joint! I loved it!

This is definitely the ONLYBEST restaurant close to Memphis. I drive 90 miles from Memphis to eat their authentic north Indian cuisine. It is right at Exit 93 on I40-East, connected to the BP gas station. The menu is limited, but its worth visiting. It is open 24 hours, easy to pocket and excellent to your taste buds. I recommend aloo paratha, any thali(platter) which consists of 4 rotis(bread) and 2 entrees. I wish it was closer to Memphis, so that I could drive there often.

Incredible Indian food, made even more amazing because it is in a BP gas station and serves food 24⁄7. Great reason to stop — halfway between Memphis and Nashville. The only reason I am not giving the 5th star is that they have not yet gotten their tandoori oven. Once they have that ability, this could be the best Indian restaurant for 100s of miles. Enjoy!

In this part of the state, away from major cities like Memphis or Nashville, I was skeptical of finding Indian food worth eating … especially not in a BP Truck Stop. Now, my truck stops EVERY time I make the drive from Jackson to Taste of India. The Veggie Plate is delightful … especially since you get to chose to vegetarian options and the piping hot flat bread never stops being served until you are done eating. Make the drive — you will NOT regret it.
