The reason people buy items in line is due to poor customer service and convenience. I have called the store 4 times the last two days to verify inventory. Each call took over 5 minutes to connect and then they still didn’t know what they have. The only reason I will continue to do business with Home Depot in the future is if they are the only ones to carry the product I need.

The staff is always friendly although there’s never enough for them around has an excellent selection of good a little too pricey but if you need it they’ve got it

Staff is knowledgeable in their craft if they’re not then they’ll lead you to someone who is and still continue help you even as to offer carrying your items out to your vehicle orload the purchased items into your vehicle at the Contractor’s entrance especially when it comes to large cedar posts!
