The Mosaic Shop

Love the Mosaic shop! My kids enjoy the shop. I even had my 10 yr old daughters birthday party there. Wanda and staff are very helpful… you could spend hours working on your master piece.

I loved this store!!! Picked a simple (I thought) project and we spent two afternoons there. Lisa is a riot and Wanda is so sweet.
I was visiting from California and didn’t finish my W, I made a comment about my sister finishing and Wanda offered, at no charge. I thought that was so nice.
They have SO much glass and so many different pieces to work on. You can bring your own project as well and I think they just charge a flat fee, but double check. Wanda drew a face on my 7 year old niece’s kitty and She let my sister take home some glass so she could work on one of her projects at home. You might balk at the price initially, but they’re so gracious about helping that it more than makes it worth it.
My suggestion is that you really look around the room at some completed projects to get an idea of what you want your art piece to look like, unless you already know. I wish I had done that so mine would look like I’d at least had a vision! Also, give yourself two or three times the amount of time you think you’ll need, it can be painstaking and tedious (but SO worth it) and you don’t want to rush.
I really enjoyed my time with the ladies in there and my sister, niece and daughter. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

We were just visiting Jackson and I thought making mosaics would be a cool, new experience for us. I really didn’t expect for the people to be so kind and accommodating. Even the fellow makers were eager to talk with and help us.
The staff are all incredibly helpful and patient. My only regret is that they are so far away from Nashville.
Beware: the Waze app got us way off course. Maybe find real directions before you go. Also, it is a bit tucked in to the strip mall. I missed it the first time. It’s really right in the middle.
