They’re understaffed for the amount of business they get. Out of the 3 employees I met, only one seemed to be doing a good job/​knowing what she was doing. My major complaint is that it took them more than an hour to process our order which we had booked online. There was a minor error in the order which took them ages to sort out. Thank god we weren’t in a hurry! The employees were slow, but very friendly. I think booking the order over the phone or in person would have been a better idea.

My husband and I were driving from Dallas, TX to Ft. Lauderdale, FL when we hit heavy rain in Mississippi and the check engine light came on our 17′ truck. We stopped by the U-​Haul Storage of Jackson when the staff was in a meeting. They all immediately jumped up and, not only checked out our truck, but also spotted a loose strap on the car trailer and fixed it. They were incredibly kind and professional. I’m recommending them to everyone in my family around the Jackson area.
