Yep, they’re still stingy with the vacuum tokens. And it’s not just me because I’ve asked around. If I didn’t know better, it almost seems like they hope you don’t remember to ASK for one when you purchase an $ 8 car wash. Very disappointing. If they’re going to treat their vacuums like they’re something sacred, at least replace the nozzle’s so they don’t look pathetic with worn out duct tape stringing out in an attempt to adhere the nozzle to the hose. Sheesh!

Ever since new owners took over the business the quality has gone down. Used to stop by on a regular basis and well this is the first time I have been back in a couple of months. Well guess what paid $ 10 for the complete car wash but didn’t get what I paid for. They cut back on all the soaps and forget the RainEx apparently you pay for it but don’t get it. They are also charging for vacuums now as well. Won’t be back will go to Froggies in Angels Camp. At least they vacuum you car.

I’ve conveniently procrastinated on posting a review about Express Care in a selfish attempt to keep it all to myself. Why would I sit in line for 20 minutes for a hasty oil change at one of the Sacramento chains when I can just go here? There is never a wait, and I always get a more thorough examination under the trunk than at the other places. These guys really know their stuff. On my last visit I got a 10 minute schooling on the benefits of changing my timing belt and flushing my engine. And it was actually interesting. What I like the most is that this is no pressure service. The boys here are glad to give you their time and advice without expecting you to buy something in return. I’ve never come in for my standard $ 40ish oil change without them taking some extra moments to update me on the conditions of my ride. Example: my air filter is slightly dirty, but they told me it really doesn’t have to be changed as often as advised by their unmentionable competitor.
