These guys are awesome! They were busy, since I went at lunch time, but the line of cars moved pretty quickly. When I got up there, they were super efficient and went through their service checklist. I had been having some trouble with my brakes and they checked my fluid and advised me to have them checked out, since I may have a leak. They also were kind enough to check the service codes, since my Service Engine Soon light had popped up. They washed my windshield, which had been covered in bugs since I had driven 650 miles the day before AND they lubricated all the hinges on my doors! Above and beyond.

I have owned my car for 6 years, and this is the first time I have ever taken it anywhere to get an oil change. That is 6 years of oil changes that I have done myself without having any problems. I take it to these clowns and they round the edges off my drain plug. Seriously? Do you not know how to remove a frickin drain plug? When I asked how this happened, he just got indignant and said «I don’t know what you want me to say, its an old car.» No, I don’t buy that for one second. The last time I changed my oil it was perfectly fine.
First and last time I will go to Victory Lane. In fact, I will never go to a quick lube place again.
