I went to this Walmart to return a Red Box rental and decided to pick up a few snacks. WRONG! I was able to locate what I desired pretty easily and proceeded to the check out area. OMG There were about 6 registers open with at least 5 people in each line. I had 2 bags of chips and a frozen dinner. The express check out lines were even longer and there is no «self checkout«in this store. There were a plethora of employees just walking around doing nothing looking unconcerned. I approached three of them to ask for more cashiers and was pointed towards«Cynthia«the«manager». I attempted to tell her how frustrating it was to have what appears to be at least 50 cash registers and no one running them. This woman looked me dead in the eye and said, «Honey I don’t make the schedule». I just left. It wasn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, but it’ll be the last. Make the drive to Clinton Walmart if you want some semblance of customer service!

The workers in the Deli Department are unprofessional and lazy. I called trying to order two platters and they were talking to me as if I was a friend having a casual conversation with them. When I told them what time I wanted to pick up my order, they told me, «Naw, that’s not gon work because I don’t feel like doing it right now.» Mind you, I was ordering well over 24 hours in advance. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place! Trying to shop at this particular Walmart is hard as well. Two lanes are the MAX number of lanes open causing extremely long lines and wait times. I only had one item and it took me 30 minutes to pay for it. Cashiers walk around as if they have nothing to do! They need to do better!
