Pretty disappointed. I just came in to browse for an anniversary gift. There were four sales associates and they all ignored me. The only one that even acknowledged me was the one already with a customer. I browsed the entire store without once being helped. They won’t get my money with customer service like that. What’s sad is I found four or five options I liked.

Terrible Customer service. I have a engagement ring from Zales and I do not live near a Zales. I was giving an associate an Item # to look up details if they knew a wedding band that would fit that ring before I drive 25 – 30 minutes for nothing! Very bad location, very rude, stay away if you wanted to be treated the way you should. Apparently only customers in the store matter and the associate could not be bothered.

The store was empty when we walked in. They don’t sell pink diamonds, just cognac ones. There are two sales associates but they won’t approach you until you approach them for help, first. Zales sells traditional diamonds and jewelry; I didn’t see anything special or exotic that sparked my interests.
