Great service and I haven’t met a rude person yet! They always get my order correct and don’t look at me crazy when I ask for extra sauce.

Takes forever to get your food at the drive thru. It’s always a long wait up to 20 – 30 mins just for one order of 5 chicken wings. This happens all the time at this location

My first time ever in Zaxbys. Went there on a friend’s recommendation. Probably will be my last as well. There was a young staff which I liked (gotta start somewhere) unfortunately the management seemed young as well so obviously quality control was anemic. Ordered chicken salad sandwiches, bread not buttered, and it was burnt. Drove back to the store talked with young asst mgr and the remedy was impressive.

I have eaten here before and the food is always good. Best salad in fast food. But the service this time was beyond awful. I set in the drive through line for over 15 minutes and it never moved. It was a complete waste of my time. I will not be going back. If you want good food and great service I suggest canes across the street.

I’ve had no problems with this Zaxbys. The workers are okay. I always order the fingers and fries or the fingers fries and sweet spicy boneless wings. The zalads are okay. Don’t order the brownies. They were not good. They are dry. The toast is always yummy

I have gone to this location twice. I was not impressed either time. The food wasn’t great. The dining room area was not clean. Even the empty tables and booths were dirty. The drink area was a mess. No one seemed interested in guest service. If I want Zaxby’s I will only go to the Flowood location.
