There isn’t many places to get a hair cut this good in Jacksonville much less at the beach.
Kelly’s never let me down, she consistently delivers the best hair cut I’ve ever had.
Not only that but she is super cool to talk to and very active in the volunteering for the community.
I’ve never had to wait long and the sitting space is very comfortable with surf videos going and cool magazines to read.
Also this place is so affordable, I’m never going anywhere else.

I hate that she says that she trims women’s hair also. This is a place that ONLY men should go! She chopped up my hair so badly when I went in for a simple trim. I look like I let my toddler cut on my hair. She should SAY that she is not experienced as much with women’s hair! I would never suggest this lace to anyone else.

Good, cheap haircut! I personally don’t like to spend a lot of money on a haircut because my hair is relatively easy to cut (long, straight, layers). I usually just get it trimmed a few inches and my layers redone. Kelly did a great job and the haircut was only $ 18! She was also very friendly and personable. Highly recommended for a touch up haircut.

Sooooo much better than going to an ‘in and out’, franchised hair cuttery!!! Men’s hair cuts are only $ 12.00 here and Kelly’s upbeat energy is fantabulous!
You can play some darts while you wait for your new do and have a brew too! This is a clean, fun shop with great people and prices. You can find Cuts by Kelly close to the tattoo shop Caribbean Connection on 3rd Street at the beaches. Note this is a small shop so if you don’t live in the area, make an appointment before driving to the beaches. The shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
