Just recently moved back to Jacksonville Beach, and I now own a BMW 330ci. Like an idiot, when my car wouldn’t start one day, I took it to Tom Bush BMW, they took 2 days to even look at the car, then told me I needed a new starter and quoted me almost $ 800 and said it would take 2 MORE days to do the repair.
So, just to get a second opinion, I had the car towed to DBMW in Jacksonville Beach. Within 2 hours of dropping the car off, they fixed the issue — a loose wire — and reluctantly charged me $ 60 for their time.
Thanks DBMW for being honest, fast, and saving me $ 740 the first time I went to you!
