Phenomenal pricing on contacts and exams, clean and bright layout plus the Doctor and vision staff seemed very knowledgeable, at least in my case.
HOWEVER, even with an appointment I made online for 12:15 pm, I didn’t get out of there until 2pm! The reason was that there was a vague back up but if you are going to make we wait that long, be upfront and have me come back. Also, the eyeglass sales staff came across as rather, well, uppity and aloof, although the selection of frames seemed decent.
I guess I’ll return in a year or maybe not. Hence, 3 stars.
