Lady who answered the phone gave an ETA of 2pm to 6pm (4hr window?), but on the appointment day, after not hearing from anyone, I called for an update at 3:30PM and 4:30PM. I got nothing but an answering machine. Left a message for a call back but did not receive one. Called again at 5:30PM and finally got the lady. She said that they were ‘running behind’ and that she would call them and verify. She did this and told me that they were still coming and would call me when on their way. Called several more times after 6:30PM and left 2 messages. NO CALLBACK AT ALL from the office or the techs! Waited around for 5 hours for these people and they never even bothered to call! My last call instructed them to cancel the ‘appointment’ if they still thought they had one.
Very un-​professional!
