A’Bliss Upscale Styling Studio

I moved to Florida from California and had no idea who was going to do my naps so I Unilocal and found this place. Cynthia is a hair God and I was impressed how fast she gets people out her chair. She ain’t got time to play with her coins. The ambience is so warming and very classy. I will be coming back!

I have never experienced such a lack of disinterest in customer service by a business owner. I received a bad cut which can happen I understand that. But what really gave me the worst taste was Cynthia’s * the owner* inability to express any concern about her dissatisfied patron. I called and left a message; which she never returned. I then followed up the next day only to be told that I should go ahead and set an appointment which I did. I then get to my appointment on time only to be told that there was a «hair emergency» and that I needed to wait 45 minutes and they had known about it 30 minutes prior. Even at that point the owner did not deem it necessary to come to greet me and apologize for ALL my inconvenience. I was told that I had two choices to wait or reschedule. I WILL NEVER recommend this place to anyone. My NEW mullet and I will find somewhere else to go!!!

Love this place ! Great Service and Upscale! Cynthia great job sweetie! Will return I’m hooked!
