Such a great auto parts store!
Imagine getting stuck in Jacksonville, Alabama, and needing windshield wipers in the middle of a downpour! Fortunately, the red and yellow Advance Auto Parts sign stood out like a beacon. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. They asked a few questions about the make and model of my car, and even came out to the parking lot in the rain to help me out with them.
The store was clean, well lit, and the parking was easy! The restrooms were clean, and equipped with all the necessary stuff. The inventory was easy to find, and the prices were quite fair.
I really appreciated the excellent customer service, and how eager to help the clerks were.
I will be back next time I’m in Jacksonville!
