Aldo never carries smaller sizes(size 5), which forces customers to buy online. When we need to return the shoes, they have TERRIBLE customer service. The tall, goth woman in particular was awful at the Aldo store inside Avenues Mall(didn’t catch her name). Came in during a busy time and the cashier was not very fast, so this woman took over(I assume she may be a store manager). Upon finding out that Aldo did not provide a receipt with my online purchase, she spoke extremely fast in a very rude manner as if she couldn’t be bothered with my return. She stated they could not make the return without the receipt and to call customer service as the items MUST be returned in the mail, soI had to lug all three pairs of shoes back to my car. LOANDBEHOLD, after calling customer service after returning home, I was told the store could’ve made the return had they simply called the customer service line themselves and asked for an authorization. But because they were in a rush and a long line had formed prior to my arrival, they simply brushed me off as quick as possible. I truly hope this woman is NOT a store manager, because the behavior and attitude she exuded was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store.

I’ve browsed around this store a few times and I can’t say I really care for the Aldo brand of shoes or handbags. They cost about the same price($ 60+) as some designer shoes I find in Dillards which are much better quality. Sorry, but if I’m paying $ 60+ for a pair of shoes, there’s going to be another name on the pair of shoes other than Aldo. The quality is good, I mean, it’s not Payless for goodness sakes, I just think there’s better quality out there for that price(and better designers). Also, the customer service in this store really sucks. Not once have I been in this store and been greeted or asked if I need assistance. I was completely ignored. Not good. Not good. Others may really like this brand, but it’s just not for me.
