Good quality salads and sandwich
This is almost a 5 min walk from my work place and end up going here pretty often.
They have a showcase full of salads and sandwiches. Salad is sold by weight and sandwiches by piece. Tried multiple of them and all of them are really really awesome.
This place is inside the Jacksonville landing.

Fresh, Cheap, Delicious Sandwiches and Soup, and Real Fruit Smoothies. What more could you want? I am in LOVE with their avocado sandwiches. Too bad it goes quickly and I sometimes get there too late. =/
Their selection is health minded, with loads of fresh fruits and veggies, as well as a wide and diverse selection of sandwiches and wraps, and some soups and home made desserts. They also have hummus and tabouli, yogurt, and a few mayo-​based salads and lettuce-​based salads.
The sandwich I usually get is in a small plastic container and sells for about $ 4 or so. That’s just the half size (which is enough for me). The full sized ones are about $ 7.
It’s a grab and go kind of place, so no waiters, but you can eat at the tables.
