I can smell the hops in the air ! I bought a Groupon for the Brewery Tour and ended up taking the Beer Class. This was one of the most interesting classess I have taken lately. Roger, was the perfect teacher. He taught how to pour and drink a beer. Its an art to it, believe me. You get to sample beers and learn the process of brewing beer. The class is one hour but it goes fast. You will be haing fun and getting well you know … really relaxed.

I attended the beer class, had the tour and checked out the horses on different occasions. I learned a lot from the beer class: Hops, How Budweiser Brews, the process and their history. I received an opener and a glass to add to my collection… I even purchased the coveted Stella Artois Chalice. Always a good time at Anheuser-Busch. Also attended a food truck rally with bands in attendance in the lot.

Came for the groupon brewery tour but turns out due to an event all the tours were cancelled! The manager accommodated us regardless with beer and a mug, and we did a self guided tour. Ended up being a great way to spend a rainy day. 5 stars for being so accommodating with the groupon mix up.

We stopped by for the food truck festival always a treat! We didn’t do the beer tour but we hung out in their little bar they have. Apparently they are getting ready to make it into a restaurant so that is exciting. !

I’d give this 5 stars if you take the tour in conjunction with a zoo visit. I like to call it the Zoo and Brew Tour. After spending a day hot footing across continents of animals, from Africa to The Orient and everyplace inbetween, you are gonna need an ice cold break. Not far from the zoo is the answer. Check the website for tour times but the basic one is complimentary. They have a brewer’s tour for $ 15 that I’ve never taken because I’m more of a drinker than a maker of drink. The free tour is not long. You see a short video and see the huge vats of brewskis in the plant. A pub greets you at the end of it where you can lounge in air conditioned splendor and indulge. You get two free beers(and there’s soft drinks for the underaged) and a foosball table. It’s a nice relaxing way to end a day at the zoo. Separately, I’d rate it three stars. It’s cool and all but it’s much better enjoyed as a package deal. Zoo and Brew my friend, that’s the way to go.
