I was in the process of transitioning my family to Jacksonville. I was referred to apartment selectors by a trusted friend who has a wonderful experience.
My experience was wonderful! The red carpet was rolled out and I was guided through the process every step of the way. I was treated professionally and respectfully. They even made an exception and showed me around on a Sunday as that was the only time I could make it into town.
I now own my own home in the Jacksonville area. I refer all my friends and colleagues to Tammy and her team.

DO NOT ever use these people. They have crap properties and wont fix anything you ask them to. I regret ever renting from them.

To expand on my original review, I went through the process of filing a formal complaint against this company with the BBB. This company is not accredited with the BBB and upon sending the BBB all my invoices etc. Apartment Selector did not even take the time to follow up… probably because they very well knew they were in the wrong.

I have been using Apartment Selectors for rental services for years. The most honest Owners and staff in the jax rental area.
Krist, Tammy & Ryan are the best… in the business.
