Becky’s Alterations

I absolutely cannot rave about Becky enough!
1. My wedding dress is perfect — she made alterations I didn’t even know could be done to make sure I felt comfortable in my dress on my big day.
2. Prices are competitive, especially considering she is working on wedding dresses. I had a belt that I wanted sewn on that was too short — she hand beaded additions to give it a tapered look, and I literally can’t tell where the original belt ends and the hand sewn beads begin.
3. I cannot say enough how organized she is! Email confirmations the day you make an appt and a reminder sent a few days before. All payment/​receipts are through an apple-​pay type device and very convenient. She’s also flexible on how you want to pay (I opted for 50% at first fitting and the rest at my final fitting). She will also do 30% at each visit, all at the end, etc.
4. The location is definitely not convenient, but she is way worth the drive. Set-​up is at her house but tucked away in the back and VERY professional.
I HIGHLY recommend her! The bridal stores recommend others but I am SO glad I found her website online. There is a reason her reviews (from other websites) are all 5 stars!

I had a terrible experience with Becky’s Alterations. Becky charged me $ 500 for incorrect alterations which left me having to take my dress to a second seamstress for appropriate services. Becky was dismissive of my concerns when I voiced them and put the blame on me for gaining weight (which I had not) instead of taking responsibility for her actions. The dress has been the most stressful aspect of my wedding planning because of my experience with her. Please take my advice and seek alterations elsewhere. I am very sorry I went to her.

Becky altered my wedding dress. She did a wonderful job. It needed alot of work and I was very pleased with the way it turned out. She was always prompt and the dress was ready when it was supposed to be. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Becky.

I purchased a wedding dress with a vision of alterations to make it unique and mine, and Becky delivered! Becky was professional, prompt, and so very sweet. She listened to my ideas and did an amazing job – she is so talented. You won’t find better quality than Becky, and I appreciated her honest input to make my dress and the day perfect.

Becky is absolutely fabulous! Over the course of the last 6 months, she did a lot of work for me, including altering a bridesmaid dress, using my mother’s wedding dress to make handkerchiefs as gifts for my bridal party, altering my wedding dress and putting my veil on a comb. Her work is meticulous and she was very careful to make sure everything was done perfectly and exactly the way I wanted it to be done. She is also super sweet and works surprisingly fast. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
