My girls and I decided it was time for a ladies night and we decided to go for something where we could get down and dirty with the food. At Boiling Crawfish that is exactly what you can do! Located in the Marshall’s shopping plaza off of Normandy, Boiling Crawfish is clearly the spot to be on a Friday or Saturday night based on the length of the line we saw coming out of the door! My only complaint was that I noticed on the menu that while their prices are relatively yet understandably high, they charge an additional 12% just for dining in their restaurant. That makes absolutely NO sense to me. Some of us felt some type of way about it but we stayed anyways because we were looking forward to trying the food. I’m glad we did because it was amazing! One of my friends got the crawfish tray that came with your typical country boil corn, potatoes, and sausage. It was also loaded with shrimp and crawfish and a buttery sauce that had all of us licking our fingers! The rest of us got the crab leg trays with the same fixings, sausage, potato, and corn. It was seasoned perfectly! I didn’t particularly like that the shrimp weren’t deveined but I let it slide and did it myself. You have the option to get a mild, hot, and super hot seasoning. Although I love spicy food, I wanted to really enjoy this so I went with mild. What really sets of the tray is the BC sauce that they cover your dish with! It’s buttery deliciousness! Boiling Crawfish Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info — Zomato To cap off the night, we ordered drinks and overall, our ladies night at Boiling Crawfish was finger licking good. Although I didn’t like getting charged to dine in their establishment, I’ll probably go back.

I stopped by this place on the way home from Miami, we came in around 6:00 pm and there was no wait for party of 6. However, there was a short line by the time we left. Service was quick. Food came out quickly as well. Oyster was on special for $.75 each and we ordered a dozen. The oysters were soooo FRESH! I loved it! We ordered combo 2 with medium spicy house sauce. The spiciness is on point. It was the right amount of heat. The house sauce was a little salty but it only stick on the Shell of the seafood so it was still really yummy. Crawfish season is here and the crawfish also fresh, huge and well cook. Try order garlic bread and dip in the sauce ! You won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be back when I’m heading down that way again!

Had to wait 45 mins but the wait was worth it. We had Ryan wait on our table and he was super nice. Always made sure our drinks were filled. Spinach Artichoke Dip was amazing. Crawfish was very tasty. I loved it. Also the crawfish were larger not like the little ones elsewhere. I liked how they have different spice levels… very considerate. My husband isn’t a fan of having to wait to eat at places but he said he would do it again for Boiling Crawfish.

My family and I were seated at a table for 25mins and NOT1 served us. Walked out and spoke to the waitress and realized they forgot about us. WOW! Not one made eye contact! First experience, bad impression! If I could give Zero stars, I would!

We were looking for a place that had crawfish in Jacksonville and found Boiling Crawfish through Google. We were pleasantly surprised by our meal. I had the steamed shrimp and my husband had a boil of some sort. We loved it so much we also got a order or crab legs. It was all cooked perfectly and had a great amount of spice. The corn in my husbands boil was delicious after it had sat in the juice/hot sauce in the bottom of the bag. We would define toy go again.(Side note: it is a sports bar– bright, clean, and comfortable but lots of TVs. Very casual.)

My sister in law introduced my husband and I to this restaurant and we fell in love instantly. Service is great, and the food is PHENOMENAL! Prices are competitive with similar style restaurants. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Went here and they ran out of food so we couldn’t be served. Of course I’m not a happy camper now but their food is great so it’s understandable.

Service was fine here on a Thursday night. We were seated and got our drinks quickly, and we had our order put in less than five minutes from our arrival time. The waitress checked on us several times throughout our visit, and everything went smoothly. We had been here several times, and the seafood here were always of good quality and well seasoned. This time was no exception. We ordered two clusters of snow crab legs and two pounds of crawfish with the Cajun seasoning. We also got the sweet potato fries as an appetizer. The snow crab and crawfish were both clean, fresh, and cooked perfectly. They both tasted wonderful, and the Cajun sauce was great. We also really enjoyed the sweet potato fries! My wife said the crab was a little too salty, but I think it tasted great! This is the only place we depend on for consistently good quality crawfish and crab in Jacksonville.

Went on a Sat evening, place looked very busy but seem to be a few open tables. Hostess told us wait time was 30 — 45 min, possibly 1 hr. I told her it was my first time here and asked if it was worth the wait, she said yes. I gave her my cell # so she could call when a table was ready. Said to stay in the area. It was about 3 mins after we left went I received the call to that our table was ready. We ordered chicken wings, kids meal crab legs, a combo platter. The seafood boil was fingerlicking good! The combo was pretty big and good for at least 2 ppl. Kids meal was expensive but portion big as well. Service was great. I didn’t see any dessert on the menu which is kind of strange since most places have at least one if not more. Our first time, definitely not our last.

The only reason I don’t give this place a 5 star is because the waitresses don’t check up on their tables as often and as quickly as they should! I used to work in the reaturaunt business and we said 2 bites or 2 minutes. It was a good whole 10 minutes before she checked on us and it wasn’t even busy. The other time I had visited it was packed so I cut the girl some slack! On a more positive note this place is absolutely delicious! I love to get a combo and share with the whole family! When you think of it that way, the food is extremely reasonably prices! On average for each member of my family it’s about $ 13.00! What a steal for shrimp, crab, and crawfish! The food is cooked to perfection and the sauces are amazing! The corn nuggets are to die for as well. All in all this is a family favorite of ours and we will always return no matter what because we enjoy the environment and the food!

When I say this is the best boiling seafood! They must be from Louisiana! I was here last week visiting and I had to bring my Boo back with me this week. They have a roux that is to die for. But now that I’ve tasted it twice, I have it down pack.

My girlfriend and I came out to Boiling Crawfish to have some, crawfish. It was actually my first time trying these creatures. They had a pretty extensive menu ranging from bar food to seafood. In the end, we ordered crawfish, oysters, fries, shrimp, and chicken wings. I was reluctant to try the crawfish as it was my first time eating them, but surprisingly, the crawfish were delicious! The Cajun seasoning that topped them was flawless! I was impressed with the amount of flavor each dish had, even the fries were seasoned. I highly recommend trying the crawfish here even if you’re not a big seafood fan. If all else fails, they have chicken wings!

I hit the 3 stars on the Unilocal-a-meter as the suggested«A-OK» best suited my feelings. I really wish I could give star halfsies as the food was good but nothing will blow you away. BC doesn’t try to be more or doing anything to stand out from other one of these types of places. The atmosphere is pretty standard fair, giant TV screens with various sportball programs, brightly lit and layered in a wooden panel façade, you feel like you’re in a Sonny’s. Our party went through ten pounds of crawfish, a BC #4 combo, two buckets of Corona’s, and two pounds of shrimp. All the orders come in bags and we mostly ordered the medium level of spice, this is a solid choice for those that want some heat. Even though we did get one bag of crawfish at the spicy level, it really wasn’t spicy. I barely noticed a different, a bit disappointing. That being said, the favors were great and its the sole reason to come to BC, its a great balance of butter and bay space. The crab legs were exceptional in the combo, as were the corn and potatoes. The shrimp in the combo was a bit overcooked, I think they cook everything together at the time, that and the low number of sausage was another sore spot for me. Don’t get me wrong though, I did like my experience at Boiling Crawfish, hell we had a blast, the server was great and attentive. Thank You to our host Tony for inviting us out and treating us to dinner.

OMG! This was our first visit, but will not be the last. We ordered BBC #4: snow crab, Dungeness crab, shrimp, crawfish, clams, potatoes, sausage, and corn $ 39.99. There was enough to feed four. Those who say the place is expensive, go back to Capt D’s. Food was great. Didn’t hear one person complain. Staff was awesome. Only digs. if your not into some of the modern music, u won’t like the music. It didn’t bother me, but more of a mix would be more advised. I If u sit towards the front, the sun blinds you starting at 5. I will be back and I recommend it.

So my husband and I ate here last week with a couple of friends. Service is still on point and the crawfish did not disappoint. The only thing that did not meet our expectations were the sweet potato fries. We ordered sweet potato fries as an app, and they were not as crispy as they should’ve been. Other than that, everything was great. I still prefer the crawfish here to the crawfish at Hot n Juicy in Orlando :) Also, they changed the auto grats from 15% to only 12%, but they don’t tell you before they seat you anymore.

Everyone I know has raved about Boiling Crawfish but nobody could get the name quite right. One day on a whim my boyfriend took me and I was very surprised at the restaurant it’s self. The décor and layout is amazing and not over did. Our waiter was super funny and very knowledgeable about the menu. We definitely had a great experience with him. Everyone their seemed so bubbly and full of life, and that’s always great to see. I ordered buffalo wings and fries and my boyfriend got two pounds of spicy crawfish and half a dozen or so of the oysters. The wings were amazing, simple yet very memorable and the crawfish were large and seasoned to perfection. My friends say everything on the menu is great, especially the shrimp and crawfish. The bar also makes pretty good drinks. If you’re anywhere near Boiling Crawfish you definitely owe it to yourself to try it out. Happy Unilocaling…
