I attended a banquet catered by Bella Sera. Dinner was a filet with demi glacé and horseradish crème, butternut squash risotto, and asparagus in a lemon collar. My entire table absolutely loved the food. The filet was seasoned beautifully and fork tender, the risotto creamy and asparagus crisp. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Dessert was a shot of key lime pie served with a dark chocolate cookie and mini cream puff. I wish Liz could cater all of these meetings we’re subjected to every year.

I ordered the pesto torta to serve at my husband’s 30th birthday party at Walkers. I was very pleased with the overall experience from order to pick up. I initially ordered the duck confit on sweet potato chips. However I was advised that it wouldn’t be a good choice for a table display of food. It works better as a passed appetizer. I appreciated their honesty and assistance in identifying more viable options. I highly recommend letting Bottega provide your food for your next party. Take a break – you deserve it!
