Was told«special of the month» will apply in april even though it was reserved in march… wrong! Blamed it on intern… extra $ 50 in their pockets. wouldnt even meet me halfway… take your money elsewhere

Zero Stars! No CALL or NOSHOW for my four year olds birthday party. Reserved weeks in advance. We thought everything was fine. They of course took our deposit. Now I have a house full of kids and no bounce house. DONOTWASTEYOURTIME! Give your hard money to another company!

NEVER, EVER, EVER rent from Bounce-A-Roo Party Rentals. Absolute WORST service I have ever had. Late dropping off and picking up the rentals(and then told me they didn’t tell me those times), delivered dirty tables(swore they were clean when he took them off the truck but there were sprinkles and ketchup on them) and then were absolutely rude to me and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. The«owner» agreed to refund me 10% in front of everyone and then I got a check in the mail for the refund of the dirty tables. When I tried to call and have the issue corrected I was, once again, talked down to and the man just wanted to argue with me and tell me HE was the owner and that the other gentleman told him that he only agreed to refund the amount for the tables. I’m STILL waiting on a phone call from the guy I originally dealt with but, by other reviews I have read, that will never happen. They are liars, crooks and so rude. This company is poorly run and I WILLNOT recommend them to anyone I know. I’ll be sure to let others know how poor of a business they are. The ONLY good thing that came of it, was that the kids really enjoyed playing on the bounce house at the party.

Totally incompetent!!! I reserved a water slide with Heather over the phone. We discussed the date, what slide I wanted, what other items I needed, the cost and then gave her my credit card number for the deposit. She said I would get a confirmation email. I never received the email, so I called back and left a message. I didn’t hear back, so my husband called for me and Michael told him everything was good and Heather would call us to confirm 2 days before the event. Well, 2 days before the event they tell us that they lost our reservation and tried to apologize by saying that we’re all human! Yes, I understand that, that’s why I called to confirm. So why wait until 2 days before the party to say you messed up? I left a review on their Facebook page and it was deleted. No wonder they’ve only had positive reviews on FB. Buyer beware!!! Don’t waste your time!
