Carpet Image installed the carpet in my home 20 years ago. I was so satisfied with the quality of their product & installation, thought I’d go back to them now that it’s time to do it all again. After visiting there showroom many times, I finally selected the carpet and color, which I was informed would be additional run cost of $ 200-​$ 250 because the carpet I wanted didn’t come in the color I wanted. Que sera sera. Then selected the tile that would be installed everywhere, except for the 3 carpeted rooms. Got a ~ sq ft quote on the material, and then they sent Dena out to measure my home. When I didn’t hear back from them, I stopped by the showroom again the next week. Kelly said she hadn’t gotten the numbers from Dena yet, but would get them, and call me tomorrow for sure. That was on May 7, 2015… five months ago. Don’t worry, I haven’t been holding my breath for their call, just not looking forward to starting my search for a carpet/​flooring all over again. Any suggestions for a professional company that wants business?

Carpet Image carries quality lines of carpeting and their prices reflect that. The installation of carpeting is done well and they can be counted on to clean up after their work is completed. My rating would be higher but for the fact that the two women with whom you are likely to work in selecting your carpeting are rather tempermental and difficult. If you can get past that, you will be pleased with the product and installation.
