I bought a new KitchenAid oven in October 2015, and in preparation for Thanksgiving, ran the self clean on the oven on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The thermal fuse blew on the back so the oven stopped working. Called KitchenAid on Wednesday, hoping they would go a bit out of the way to help a new customer, considering how new this appliance was. They could not have cared less. I called these guys and they scrambled to help. Got the part ordered, and showed up the same day, even though they were already fully scheduled. Turns out there was an issue with how the cooling fan was originally assembled during manufacture. LT only found it by thoroughly testing the unit. Thank you so much to LT and the rest of the team. I am the caregiver at the home where service was done today by Ronnie from Consumer Refrigeration. In the past I had a little problem with one of the other service guys but Ronnie came out and resolved that issue as well. Today’s visit was outstanding and I was very pleased with Ronnie. Thanks again Ronnie for fixing the dryer

This company always shows up on time and does the job. They have even fixed a problems in a less expensive manner than it was originally thought to require. The staff is knowledgable and efficient and friendly.

Had trouble with my 2 year old Whirlpool refrigerator doors out of adjustment, causing the seal to be loose. This was a extended warranty repair through HH Gregg. I was given a 9AM until 12 Noon slot for repairs. The repairman showed up at 10AM and twenty minutes later my problem was solved and the repairman was gone. Very happy with the service I received. Unhappy that my doors went out of adjustment, don’t have children swinging on them :)

The customer service here sucks. I feel like I keep getting lied to about my problem. It has taken 3 service calls before they even found the problem with my fridge and now been waiting for over a Month for the parts to arrive.

Just no. Do yourself a favor and avoid. 1st appointment: Gave me a three hour window. Showed up an hour after that window without a call or any acknowledgment of lateness. Looked at microwave and left to order part. 2nd appointment: After a week, I called and surprise, the part was in, but nobody had called to schedule installation. New technician came out and said wrong part had been ordered. 3rd appointment: Again, I had to call. And yes, the part was in but I had not been notified. Technicians came out and couldn’t fix microwave. Had to take it with them. 4th appointment: I was out of town for 10 days and never received a call about the status of the repair. Called upon return and — shocker — microwave is ready but nobody had called. Installation is scheduled for tomorrow. I’m not holding my breath. Been without a microwave for over a month now. There is really no excuse. Poor communication + unable to resolve problem = AVOID.
