CPR® Cell Phone Repair and Gadget Tech

I went in today to get my phone screen fixed and was promptly greeted and told it would take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to fix my phone. I didn’t mind waiting as they had a couple of trashy magazines to look at (my fav) and a nice flat screen tv to watch in the lobby.
About 15 minutes later, and about $ 105 (including tax) my phone screen was as good as new. Way cheaper than some places I have seen at the beach. I thanked them and came home with my new phone screen, it took a bit to get adjusted with it because I had gotten used to the screen being shattered, squinting trying to figure out what my text messages said.
After trying to make some phone calls I noticed the ear piece (the part underneath the front camera) was no longer putting out sound. It was working perfectly fine even with a shattered screen. Since I was told that they do guarantee their work I simply went back to the store expecting to get told that there was nothing they could do or that the phone was like that before they fixed it. Guess most businesses these days have tarnished what good customer service feels like for me. I went in, they took it back to look at it for a couple of minutes, my phone was brought back out to me perfect condition. Turns out it had been a connection issue when they put the new screen on. Five huge stars for being honest, for fixing the problem quickly, being apologetic about it and overall outstanding customer service. I recommend this place 1000 times over!

Great! I went there today to fix my iphone 5c’s glass. I was skeptical and in a rush to catch a flight. Luckily they saved me more time than they said. 45 minutes he said, and he was wrong, it only took 15! Amazing! Not going anywhere else for that type of stuff.

When I think of all the things that they’ve repaired for me, I feel incredibly clumsy… an iPhone 4S, a 3DS and the screen on my MacBook –yikes! Well, thank goodness for CPR. They were able to service all my repair needs quickly and at a reasonable price… and no thanks to our iPads recent encounter with a basketball, I’ve had to pay them another visit. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with them a while back and let them know and they fixed the problem 100% They will do right by you.

Purchased a video game system here that ended up scratching a brand new game. Came back to return the game system and they offered to buy the damaged game. I totally wasn’t expecting that. I also watched the interactions with other customers while at the store. They are very honest and making the customer happy is definitely their goal. Wish more places valued their customers like CPR! They have convenient locations on Hodges and at the UNF campus.
